Bling software's 123 Copy Gold seems to be an excellant buy. The box claims the program copies almost any DVD disc as well as converting between different video formats. Even better the box carries a notice that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Well, when things don't work their support people want the log files the program creates. After waiting several weeks for a response the response is an e-mail containing a link to download a new build of the program, which in my case didn't work any better than the first version.
The ripoff comes when you try to use the 100 satisfaction guarantee after trying to work with these people, and becoming fed up. It is only at this time that you find out that guarantee is only valid for 45 days from the date of purchase!
