Solid Solutions I downloaded all softwares provided but nothing worked. They don't have a phone number and a physical address. This company is a SCAM!

Do not trust www.easymusicdownload.com aka Solid Solutions! They won't deliver the services they offer. The instructions are cumbersome and tricky. You won't succeed in burning to a CD. No physical address and phone number to reach a live person for support, only email tech support. They will respond and give you the run arounds on email but don't expect a refund from them! Easy Music Download is a SCAM!!!
