Acessed my ckg acct. Without authorization

This company found access to my ckg. Acct. And has withdrawn monies from it without my authorization.

This is not an acceptable action of any company, I feel that if they are going to do this they need to have everything in writing and a signed document.

There was and is not any kind of documentation with this withdrawal. This kind of action will not and should not be tolerated.
