I changed from comcast bc I'd to possess trusted web athome for night function. Frontier assured me they'd have the ability to offer this. A couple of months after being together my web slowed to to about 15% of the minimal gaurenteed pace (completely right down to under 200 kb) and randomly disconnected totally every couple of minutes. This triggered me to continuously shed reference to distant machines I required for function. I named them-and they explained the issue might disappear in a few times. Per week later I named them-and after 2 hours about the telephone persuaded them that there is certainly an issue. They place in a ticket having a nearby department who examined it slightly similar to the people about the telephone and determined there is not a problem so that they shut the solution. Today we're in week 3. I contact them back and also have to sit down through another time of the exact same concerns and difficulty shooting simply to have another solution exposed which ideally will not be shut all over again centered on the things they observe from 50 kilometers away on the computer.

If my web fails athome I've to rest at my workplace. I have been achieving this for three months. And undoubtedly I'm certain they intend on getting me.

Frontieris costumer service has large gaping holes producing them inadequate at providing their clients beyond simply signing them up for support.
