It's a scam.

I looked up the HR person and found that she works for FCI Inc:

you can see the similarities between that site and ISA's:

All of their press releases are from the same site, "Marketwire News" and a search on Usa Consumer Complaints.com reveals this about FCI:

There is also a video on Youtube titled "ISA Solutions Identity Theft." It wasn't the most credible source so I leave it to you to look it up.
