A website had popped up with information on a virus scan for a total of $39.99, I hit the download button, nothing happened, my computer shutdown, and nothing is on my computer to do with the virus scan, but they charged the $39.99 to my account.
I have contacted Buysmarter.com by email and they haven't returned my email, I do plan to phone them once I get my monthly account bill in the mail and hopefully get this straightened out.
