I purchased a anti-virus from Buysmarte on the internet for $39.95 tried to use it, it messed up my computer. When I called them about to get a refund they told me it was my fault because it is a firewall and I had one on my computer already so it wouldn't work right and that; where I messed up. I did not have a firewall on my computer. I told her I did not buy a firewall I wanted a anti-virus, she said I couldn't get my moey back.
I said so I'm out the $39.95 she said yes. Besides it was my doing not there's. So I have a firewall that I don't want and well not use on my computer. How many others have been ripped off by this company? It's good for 1 year. Can't even send them a e-mail, the contact them site won't take my e-mail. Says it's invalid.
