Thought I had been purchasing real Ugg Shoes from the British website and was really dissatisfied - they show up really small when compared with Ugg shoes therefore do not match and also the coating currently includes a pit about 2". They are available in a container with Oriental publishing and so I don't have any assurance I'll get any reimbursement. Do not purchase out of this site. I have simply purchased options within the purchase from Clarkes. You-can't defeat a great English shop where you are able to proceed in and obtain an answer when there is an issue.
