I ordered items from Hip Hop Jewelry Kings on 01-31 and they immediately withdrew the payment from my card and I am still waiting for my order. I have asked them for a tracking number that I still have not recieved and leave help is always offline and the phone number is bogus it sends you back to the live help icon. I constantly email someone name Lynn from sales but I am told wait 7-14 days. How is it possible for this company to stay in business ripping customers off like this.
