I have not been pleased with Omni Modern for a long time. Every year they send out an email saying they are in the process of updating their billing. One must have different log in names and passwords for the different functions such as billing and site administration. It can get very confusing.
They never answer their phone or emails. My domain was up for renewal and I renewed it. I received email confirmation my domain was renewed and checked my bank statement and confirmed the payment had processed. Yet they took down my domain and have it classified as expired!!! I have tried repeatedly to reach them via phone and email to no avail. I have had problems in the past trying to communicate with them as there is really NO customer service.
Stay away from these people because they simply do not seem to care at all about doing the right thing.
