Ripoff I guess those spots represent mad cow because they were definetly mad

I am a firm believer of the policy of buying a warranty when you purchase electronics. I purchased a computer and a all in one printer from gateway in January. The computer was going fine for the first three months then all of a sudden the monitor would not turn on. I did all the trouble shooting I could do then I called customer service.

They trouble shooted then told me to pack it up and bring it to the nearest store. The day before I was able to bring it in I plugged it in and it came on. Which lead me to believe that it might have been the plug, yet 3-4 months later the fan went out. Gateway sent me out a new fan. Then a few months later the mother board went out. The problem is that I renewed the warranty for 3 years and when i call about a problem they cant find my warranty, after about 10 minutes of holding (every time I call) they locate it.

Its now the mother board has been replaced more than 4 times and sent out once, and the fan replaced twice. Gateway really sucks and I'll never be that eager to purchase a computer from a company because of their publicity. Please beware, this computer was supposed to be new.
