Vincent Oshin hired me to produce images, backgrounds and visuals/images for a music video agreeing to pay me an amount of $800 for my time and services which were to last 3 to 4 weeks. A synopsis was given to me to interpret and translate into an actual music video and the key elements of this synopsis were duly executed. Vincent Oshin consecutively failed to arrive at scheduled meetings (to resolve the exchange of capital for my services) or to acknowledge the terms of the original agreement. He requested that several video versions be sent to him via email and that he would pay shortly thereafter. Many times Vincent Oshin made claims that he would handle payment and each time he would assure me that payment would be dealt with the next time.
Vincent Oshin has breached the tenants of our business agreement several times and furthermore, he has ignored calls, text messages and emails and appears to be deliberately avoiding payment.
