I won an auction on 1/5, item JCU091 on JTV auctions. I was so excited to be able to give this to my mother for her 90th birthday. About three days after I won, I noticed that the same ring was being auctioned for a higher price. I was so excited that I had gotten what I thought was going to be a great gift at a decent price. After a week, there was no change on the "ready to ship, sent to quality control" response that is sent on the order status.
I called and emailed, and was assured that they are "looking" for the ring. This went on for three weeks. Within this time, I stated that they had put the same ring I won, back on the auction so that they could get more money. I emailed that that was deceptive business practice and that I would find out under Tennessee law what the legal ramification are for JTV. On Friday 1/28, I received a phone call that my order is being canceled because they can't find the ring. If you have a similar story please respond to my story.
