While checking out from "Vitacost" a pop-up invited me to get a rebate on my present order. I clicked on the link, which had no credible offer I was interested in, and so I closed the link and checked out. 9 months later my wife asked what these monthly charges for $19.95 were. I asked her to call the # listed on the bill. We discovered we have been paying for a membership in an on-line shopping network we never enrolled in. After a very long conversation with a "representative" we were told there were no refunds. I said this amounts to identity theft, and I want ALL my money back. They sent me an e-mail denial. They agreed to cancel my membership and refund the latest charge, but I lost $180.
