Arlington Andrews Sells educational software as retail which is ILLEGAL! The associate said no one cares but the students and families who have no money and need access to software do!

Arlington Andrews is aware of his store selling educational software as retail. I warned him and an associate twice. Once they said do what you have to do. The other said no one cares. I contacted the BSA (Business Software Alliance) I'm sure this isn't the first time. I hope he gets shut down or fined!
