MBlaze Direct is owned and operated by Impact Designers in India. I paid for MBlazeDirect on January 7, last Sunday. Impact Designers repeatedly told me that they had already sent the software to me via e-mail for 8 days. TODAY, THEY REPEATED THEIR LIES.
I paid $350 to Impact Designers, Inc., located in Mumbai, India on two days - on January 7 and January 8. On January 8 they began to claim they sent one of the items to my e-mail. I had paid $70 for the Opt In e-mail addresses which Impact Designers claimed to be current and 80% accurate. Impact Designers repeatedly insisted they had sent the software to me. I spent innumerable hours of my time searching again and again to be certain I had not missed seeing their delivery. Impact Designers sent me several e-mails in which they claimed "we will send (one item) shortly." I would wait, check and re-check my e-mail for deliveries which never came. Then, Impact Designers kept repeating that they had mailed the items to me.
I contacted Pay Pal to set up a dispute. Finally, on January 16, 8 entire days after I had paid for the Opt In E-mail addresses, Impact Designers admitted that they had never sent the e-mail addresses to me. Finally, they sent a refund to me via Pay Pal. I did not want a refund. I wanted the product I had paid for.
If Impact Designers had told me the truth in the first place, that their product was faulty, it would have saved me an ENTIRE WEEK OF MY TIME IN CHASING THEM AROUND. This shows how DISRESPECTFUL this company is of their customers.
Again, on Januray 16 Impact Designers began to open the same BAG OF TRICKERY AND DECEIT. Once Again, Impact Designers claimed to me in an e-mail to me that IMPACT DESIGNERS HAD SENT THE OTHER THREE PRODUCTS TO ME WHICH I HAD PAID FOR AND WHICH ARE TIME SENSITIVE.
Once again, I had to give up MOST OF MY SUNDAY chasing them around, and searching through all of my e-mails for PRODUCTS THAT WERE NEVER DELIVERED TO ME.
I told impact designers that i had filed a rip off report and that i would not remove it unless and until they delivered the products to me.
In spite of that, they continued to LIE to me for an entire week, and BEGAN AN ENTIRE NEW SET OF LIES TODAY, January 16.
Someone doctored my original rip off report i had filed on january 13. I never wrote that any products had been delivered, because the products never were delivered. Someone hacked into my rip off report to state that the software had been delvivered.
To add insult to injury.
I have already advised impact designers that i would file another rip off report if they again failed to deliver the other time sensitive software which i paid for 8 days ago, and which they now claim again falsely that they had sent to me.
I am filing this report so that other parties do not get BURNED by this TERRIBLE COMPANY.
