I've been seeing quite a few people use letitbit.net recently for file sharing and wanted to try them out for 3 months for $20. I paid them and they sent me to a page with my password. I then tried logging in with this copied and pasted password and my email address as instructed on their site and it wouldn't let me login at all telling me that only registered users can login. Well I am registered and fully paid for. I tried multiple methods and even tried using some automated download software and nothing worked at all. I contacted their help desk and the guy who emailed me back was so foreign he couldn't even complete a sentence. The email said something to the effect of "You trying to login download managers" or something like that. I replied that I could not login to their site directly or by any other method. Another day goes by and no reply by their help department and no help whatsoever from these foreign ripoff artists. I finally had to file a claim with PayPal and they did refund my money. If you can't provide the service then you shouldn't be offering it!
