This is a wholesale website that sells jewelry. I own a jewelry business in Brazil and through google.com found this site. Back in October I made a first purchase and received it a few days later. On December 2nd, I returned to the website to make another order of the same items I got before and they were all unavailable. I contacted the company through email asking if it would be possible to place a special order since the items I needed were out of stock. The manager called Mr. Alberto Calvo answered me confirming the order with an approximate delivery date for 01/01.in conclusion, for the order placed on Dec. 2, it would take about 30 days to produce and deliver, according to the date that was given and confirmed by Mr. Alberto.By January 5th I sent an email requesting a position about my purchase order that was being produced. The manager replied saying that my order was already delivered. So I asked him how it was delivered if I had not received yet any notification or email with the total due and payment procedures. How could he have sent me an international order without any payments made?

So Mr. Alberto sent me a UPS track number, which I searched and found out that he was refering to the first purchase I made through the website. And so I explained this to him and asked about the second order that was placed by email and confirmed by him for Jan 1st. Well about 5 ou 6 emails later with him pretending that he was not understanding what I was asking about, always making himself "confused" and giving me information about my first purchase, when I lost my patience and was more firm with him asking again about my second order, his answer was: " orders are only through our website, no with email. Please log in and make your order." I was furious because I waited a full month to receive an order that he confirmed by email. I went back and forth with emails and now he tells me that not only he does not take orders by email (then why did he confirm and gave a due date???) but the one that he confirmed by email was not even produced or notified that it would not be possible to accept my request.

As a wholesale business, I needed this purchase to be able to make my sales. I trusted this company and in return, my business ended up very jeopardized and no interest at all from Mr. Alberto to fix his mistakes. He just did not care!

When I complained about his poor customer service and lack of commitment and respect, his answer was simply this: "What is your problem?"

Unbelievable!!!

I will never again do business with this company that is completely unreliable and dishonest.
