I had applied for a pay day loan. This one one of several "applications" that poped up. I was subsquently charged $99.95 from my checking account

I was recently applying for a pay day loan. I have Leukemia and my income is really very tight as I only am working part time and the rent was due.

I never actually heard from anyone in response to my application. I was checking my bank balance on line when I saw that a charge of $99.95 was debited from my bank account.

I called the company (National Platinum) and was informed by a very nasty customer service rep who claimed to be a manger that if I had not directly ordered their service, I should file a claim with my bank that someone fraudulently used my card!!! I did not use my CARD!!! But the application DID ask for my account number. The site WAS secure (IP address was "https") so I believed that my information was safe.

I just want my $99.95 put back into my account. I do not have $100 to throw away on this crap. Nor to I have the luxury of having my $100 tied up for an unknown amount of time.

Help me please!!!
