Ordered a manual for my car. Received two CD's - one with software and the other for the car. However, their software requests another CD and won't work with the one sent. They do not reply to repeated and courteous emails to correct the situation and I paid for something of no worth to me at all. Pity I did not read about them on Ripoff before I ordered.
Avoid like the plague seems to be all I can say, too.
