Changed offer no reply

I purchased a product from Dyson thru the Ebates site. It claimed free delivery. Dyson billed me delivery but I thought Ebates might ensure it is right.incorrect. 4 emails later and nothing. They've transformed the present on Ebates, also. Do not suppose Ebates customer support may recognize the deals/presents they provide on the site.
