Ebates advertises a rebate when you purchase via their site. Once you've accesseed eBates oon line, you choose your store or company (and you see what your rebate would be—anywhere from 2% to9 or more %); ebates then automatically takes you there.
HOWEVER: beware! The prices you see are HIGHER than the prices of the same company if you do not go through eBates!
I was about to order from Yves Rocher, which was having a sale. Right before I made the purchase, I remembered eBates. So I opened a new window, went to the eBates site, selected Yves Rocher and made my same selection again. What had been $23 was now $27; what had been $10 with Yves Rocher's own sale was, via eBates, $12. Etc. So in fact what ever rebate I would have gotten would have been cancelled out by paying a higher price in the first place!
I exited eBates and went back to purchase on the Yves Rocher site.
