It was my mistake but I hope that you now have a way to get feedback on my experience with them. One major clue to you should be that there is no address or phone number for customer support to assist you or to discuss your billing issues.
I was sold on a great product which kept having to add more and more indicators because in their mind, I did not have enough of them. So, buy and buy and buy and they still needed other indicators to really give you better signals. So, $700 later, they are still telling me that I need other indicators. After that, I said this was not what I was sold and I wanted to cancell and get my money back. Well, after several emails, they finally said. Too bad for you. You paid us on Pay Pal and we are protected by them... There will be no refund for you.
Pay Pal does not refund sales of software. So beware there as well.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
