On thursday 16-02 I took my TATA Indica for a service to TATA Centurion. After waiting 2 days for my car, I found I my indicators are not working anymore. I took the car back with immediate effect. They did something and the indicators was working. The following morning I had an Interview as I am currently not working, and my indicators failed... Again. I phoned their head office and explained what had happened, and informed them that I will go back after my interview. I did not have much time at hand, as I needed to get back on the road, for a photo shoot as that's what I do with my spare time. I went back to tata, so they can fix it for me. They did a temp fix on my indicators. They told me that was I not in a hurry they will get the part and fix it for me. I told them that I will come on Monday. Now they are telling me stories. They told me today that I did not accept the quote (which is for the gears) so they did not order the part for me. They will now first have to book an appointment, I must apparently pay first, then they will order the part. Today on my way to an interview, I turn on my air con, and it is just smoke coming out, they were suppose to make sure that everything on the car gets fixed when I took it in for a sservice. I can't afford my car breaking down, electrics shorting out, after I paid Alot of money for this service. I don't have any form of income, as the HR Dept off the company I worked for is refusing to complete my UIF forms. So I can't even claim UIF which I have been paying for four years. I need those things fixed asap, with no labor cost. Those were things working before the service, and after the service, its just been one problem upon the next with this car.
