I had been pleased with their choice of interior decor as well as their costs, and so I put an order on 9/4 plus they charged my charge card on 9/7. Strangely their mail bill was about 6 outlines of wording on the basic white background. Didn't seem like it originated from a company. On 9/16 I obtained a note the product had delivered via FedEx and there is a tracking number. Again the concept was several traces of wording on the basic white background. On 9/25 I sent the organization since the FedEx monitoring website extended to convey they received notice of the cargo, but never really obtained the bundle from Decoration-Selections. Two nights later I obtained a contact from Decoration-Selections that there is a mistake using the cargo plus they might examine and react. I sent them again on 9/29 and 10/6, but I've never obtained any reaction from their website. I looked every part of the site and lastly discovered a telephone number 877-700-DECO, however it doesn't take calls from my region (Va). I'm likely to contact my charge card organization to challenge the costs. Don't conduct business with this particular organization.
