Customer service sucks

I purchased Spyzooka instead of Regzooka which I wanted and have not heard back from them I called them and wrote them and they have not responded. My Ticket ID is: RXQ-467876

They say 24/7 service. Well it is 10:37 am Est and all I get is answering machine.
