Benjamin Cannon, GPal, Inc. Gpal.net Stole the money I was trying to send to another party

I attempted to use this company as an alternative to PayPal. When I tried to send funds to another party, they did not receive them, and nothing they or I can do will result in any kind of resolution. They will not answer emails or phone calls, the website redirects to pages unrelated to the requested page. They are a complete rip-off!
