Bought 10K WoW gold. Got silent treatment. Wrote email and asked whats wrong. Got reply that they can't deliver goods because they need extra information: my MSN, Skype account, mobile (I've provided it already in first form) and Home phone number. This requirement is completely unreasonable bull*t, since I've paid from VERIFIED PayPal account. I refused to give more information to scammers, so I've suggested refund. They refused.
