I joined crowd mountain to complete the 6 week boot camp which I had read very positive reports about.in terms of quality and content, the product was good.
As a membership site, I expected more in terms of updates and new content as the membership was $127/month. (There are other offers which run hundreds of dollars more expensive.)
In terms of value for money, I must admit I felt somewhat let down. Comments I made on the forum were not moderated so none of my questions were answered. It is a bit of a ghost town!
In September the site became inaccessible. I contacted the support team through the support. Revolutiontilt.com website.
Initially, I received a quick response saying they had technical problems and would be up and running asap. They did not answer my request to delay my next membership payment.
I continued to cajole support for answers but received none.increasingly I became abusive and finally resorted to arranging a chargeback and cancellation with my credit card company.
I would strongly advise against dealing with this company -they are incompetent.
As of today, I have been contacted by Revolution Tilt asking me what the status if my chargeback and cancellation is but I cannot log into the support site as their whole operation seems to have collapsed.
