Over a year ago I found the CPU website and email server, and technical support and billing phones inoperative. I was unable to order the discontinuation of the service. I even did web searches and sent an email to the Chief Operating Officer I found in a search. Then I get a bill from Sitestar for a year's service, stating my credit card rejected, which is correct because our card company changed our card numbers because of fraud.in the past, when my card expired they cut my service, and I had to call to get it restored. So my wife called and they said I needed to send an email to cancel service, which I did. Then I get a bill for two months service, plus extra charges. My wife calls and they threaten collection. I checked one time to see if it had been cut of yet and it had not, so they claim I used the service. I have had another internet service for over a year! I had to get another service because Sitestar/CPU email servers stopped responding and I could not reach tech service. I never received any notification whatever about CPU being taken over by Sitestar. Beware!!!
