I tried to cancel charges to my credit credit card for 47.18 was unable to do so. For service that i didnt use and was unable cancel

I tried to cancel charges to my credit card for a website which i did not use when i tried to cancel the site it would not allow me to do so. So i would like CLKBANK.com not allow the charges. I also believe the site allows me 30 days to cancel.
