Did not deliver purchased domain for $2088

I have paid $2088 for a domain on Sep 13.
Published terms of sale said: "BuyDomains agrees to email Buyer detailed instructions (including a password or registry key) for permanently transferring control of the Domain (s) within 72 business hours of cleared payment from Buyer. If there is a delay in the transfer process for any reason, BuyDomains will notify, either via email or phone, Buyer of the transfer status within 48 business hours."
I have received an email saying: "Within the next 7-10 business days, you will receive domain transfer information via email." However the 10-th business day ended yesterday and I have received nothing. I have tried to contact buydomains via email and via online contact form and still got no response.
I was interested in some other domains, but now I doubt if I should buy anything at all from buydomains.
