Search Pros represents on their site that they have over 100,000 customers that are on the first page of local searches accross from Google Maps. Their representative represented (and see it on the internet) that they have a proprietary agreement with Google. This is false. They are not Google's exclusive agent as they represent. They use methods to secure the listings for customers that are not authorized by Google. This includes the insertion of false addresses without the customer's authorization. They refuse to perform the agreed upon services and make excuses. They lie about the reasons why the services are not completed. They refuse to provide the password to the profile page, so the customer can correct the misrepresentations they have made to the public. They altered a credit card authorization form and submitted it to the card company to get paid. They were only legally authorized to submit for payment upon completion of the contracted services. They deleted the part regarding completion and got paid from American Express before the work was done. The services were never completed. We filed a lawsuit in the loa angeles superior court, which is pending. The judge issued an order that Search Pros-Jack Margesyan (an owner) turn over the password, so that we could correct the profile. They refused to abide by the court order and actually created a new and different account and password to give the appearance of compliance, when in fact, they continue to disobey the judge's order. There is currently a hearing set regarding the alleged contempt of court. Bankruptcy was threatened by them to avoid compliance. They are however, still in business. Steve Margesyan formerly of Search Pros, now is doing business as Local Search Pros and says it is a different business. A client I referred long ago to Search Pros was signed up by Steve Margesyan under the new Local Search Pros Banner. Search Pros people have in the past done business under other fictitious names as well. They claim now that the work is done in Bulgaria. No calls or emails are responded to and nobody will admit knowing where Michael Sailors is reachable. I urge you to read the lawsuit and decide for yourself.
