Deb Cikovic has delivered a non-working online store filled with flaws and serious malfunctions. She refuses to fix the problems she created or work further on the site, unless she receives more money than the amount agreed in the contract and that I initially paid her.

I was in need of an eCommerce solution for an online store, and after some consideration I decided to use the solution from Big Commerce. Big Commerce has a good reputation, and seemed to offer the solution that was just right for my store. I was however, in need of custom design as well as Danish text on the store as I'm from Denmark and solely adressing Danish customers.
Big Commerce offered a list of designers and programmers specialized to work on Big Commerce called "Authorized Big Commerce partners". I decided to choose one of those for the custom work, as I needed to be sure I would be getting a fully working solution.
