I do not expect to get rich with on-line cash surveys. However, I expect to get treated fairly. I joined this company almost a year ago. I quickly started getting invitations for surveys and began taking them. I soon earned a point balance of around $20.
They have a policy of requiring you to reach $25 before you can cash out. All of the sudden, the number of invitations I receive started to drop. Nothing illegal about that I know. However, the invites I do get all let you either start the survey or just try to open it and then tell you that "Our records indicate that you have already taken this survey". This has occurred more times than the total number of surveys that I have taken! And the topics of the surveys are easy for me to identify if I have taken one before.
It looks like they will use you to gain survey information until it is time to pay you. Then they cleverly keep you from accumulating the last needed points.
Hopefully others who are so inclined to take on-line surveys will beware of this entity.
