2 problems:
1) samsung unfaily consider the warrantry from the date the consumer place an order on the web. This is not fair practice since most online products takes 1 to 2 weeks in shipping. Why should the consumer loose warranty? Not fair
2) they refuse to repair a reoccuring problem on my laptop. I feel that their products is not a quality products
i chated with customer service and the agent said to call supervisor. Supervisor refused to talk to me and the person answering the phone said he can trasfter me to "executive customer relation" aka "Ryal B". The executive customersaid warranty start from the time i hit the submit button. Is that fair to the consumer? I have proof when i received the laptop
