I've been a member of Club Bing for two years. You play games to earn tickets for prizes. I've never had a problem receiving my prizes until recently. I contacted them about a prize I hadn't received. Club Bing responded that my prize was cancelled because they detected "the likely use of bots, macros, or other automated programs to play the games." I never used programs to complete their games. I hardly played. I responded back to them but Club Bing won't answer emails after they accuse you of cheating.
I had to wait 12 weeks before inquiring about the status of my prize. Months passed before I found out my tickets couldn't be redeemed for prizes.
They're adding more expensive prizes to their site to get more people to join. But if you do a quick search online, you'll find many complaints from people falsely accused of cheating and denied prizes.
Microsoft increased the marketshare of its Bing search engine because of Club Bing. Every answer submitted in Club Bing games prompts a search on the Bing search engine. They benefit while cheating people out of their prizes
If you want your prize or your tickets refunded, do not waste time with Club Bing. Contact the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commision. And the Consumer Affairs Department of the Attorney General in your state.
