Betacomputers, Unprofessional and messy shop lost my laptop and refused to replace

Mr. Chris Dimelow of Betamacs or Beta Computers, depends who answers the phone on what the company name is. I brought in my MacBook for lcd repair and was told it would be a very fast turnaround of 1-2 days.

I explained thats fine but it has to be guaranteed because i leave town in 3 days and i really need the laptop. Chris assured me it would be done. I had a good feeling eventhough the shop is absolutely filthy and disorganized to say the least.

Low and behold 2 days pass and its a day before my trip and laptop is not done. Says not only is the lcd cracked but the inverter is bad too so they had to special order the part. Ok fine, chris now says about 3 days more. I ecplained iw as going away for a business trip and would be back in 5 days time to which he stated no problem.

I get back from my trip and laptop is still not done. I told the owner Chris Dimelow to forget the repair and i will come pick it up its been long enough.
