Maple Park Digital
Damaged internal component, attempted theft of card, lost 25G of data

Desktop computer taken into Maple Park Digital for replacement of a single hard drive. Computer was returned with four major issues:

1) Computer would not completely boot

2) Complete contents of a second hard drive was missing, 25G of data.

3) SCSI card was removed from the computer and retained without notification.

4) 40 pin IDE ribbon cable used for hard drive install was a used cable. It was badly creased, had tears in the insulation such that copper wire was exposed, and caused the second drive not to be found during boot sequence
