Poor, poor, poor customer service from a company that I have been satisfied with for many years

I've utilized Blue Mountain ecards for a long time. 24 months before I had been billed to get a Produce & Printing consideration, that we didn't use. They explained they might not return the cash, but might stop the consideration and that I can use it till it ended. This season I got hit for another $20.00 plus they WOn't return it. Despite the fact that I've never utilized the Produce & Printing consideration, they'll not get this to right. I've terminated all my balances together, and also have taken care of 24 months of support that I've not employed.

Also, it took forever to ultimately obtain a real-live person about the telephone, plus they wouldn't assist me and informed me there is no body else in the organization who'd enable me. They offered mean address to create to, but wouldn't make sure somebody really exposed the notice and examine it.

Bad, poor, poor customer support from the business that I've been pleased with for several years. Too bad. Move it along to become cautious, simply because they may strike you with costs!
