Posted a false complaint which damages my business reputation with out any proof

This is posted at the top of my website and it damages my site. I have not sold to the company iRipoff let post a false negative complaint about my business that I could easily prove is negligent. I cannot even get a hold of usacomplaints.com to talk to anyone to get this handled. If this is a professional company than act professional and not let damaging claims be made without any proof. Now i am forced to hire a lawyer and sue http://usacomplaints.com
