I saw an advertisement on the internet about a woman in Mt Shasta who was earning about $5000 per month working from her computer at home. I went to the website and signed up to receive a "kit" to get started for $2.97 on my ATM card. I haven't received any KIT as of May 9. I signed up March 27. I was charged $139.95 as of April 7. I called the 800 number for the company and was told by Anthony, and later by Marco that my 3 day trial period had ended and I should have called to cancel within that time frame. There was nothing they could do because those were the rules.
I read the terms and conditions and I didn't really pay attention to the 3 day trial period, otherwise I would have never done this. I can't afford losing $139.95, my spouse and I exist off of my SSI retirement $503 per month.
I am angry, upset, frustrated. I hope you can help me get my money back.
They are very insensitive, callous, and down right thieves.
