Most auction practices, whether live on or online such as Ebay is when you bid and you don't win, you are in no way obligated.
For www.haggle.com, they give you one credit, with an impulse sense that the time is ending soon. Then you purchase more credits at blocks, the lowest, $15. When you don't win, you lost all the credits on the bids you did not win.
Unlike ebay, if you don't win, you are not obligated or lost money, with www.haggle.com, it is poor business practice and bad taste. When I disputed with merchant, they give you canned response to go their FAQ page.
The point is, it is bad and poor taste of business practice of www.haggle.com.
