Adriaan Roosendaal he charged back for service that he paid on pay pal internet

He paid for service via over online told me "thx for the great deal" after couple of days he started arguing saying i sold him my "service" to expensive or something than week later charge back on pay pal. Things like this should be preventable... Or close than pay pal company if they cant help out
