Checking my phone bill w/Verizon here in Los Angeles area, w/help of phone person, found buried a $16.30 charge (monthly) for a voicemail w/ESB International. I did not subscribe to this and tried the 800 phone number. There was no way to cancel the charge/service. Tried the internet address. Again no way to unsubscribe. Read a blog that stated it was a rip-off. Am a widow on disability and on a fixed income. I do not want the voicemail service and cannot afford this unwanted monthly charge. Pls. Help me. Thank you
