On March 13, I purchased an Antivirus software along with the technical services of RegWorks which was not delivered. A receipt/confirmation came to my email; however, provided no telephone number or contact. This was result of someone hacking into my computer and demanded that RegWorks fix the virus/worm in order to avoid the problem and gain access to my computer again. There was so much panic, due to the occurring popups from RegWorks, that I had no alternative but to use them to repair the damages. The technican entered my desktop and preformed scans; later sent an email confirmation for the bill without repairing the computer. $39.95 was debited from my bank account without the product that was promised. This is fraudulent and a ripoff by all means. Please inform anyone experiencing this type of event to not buy into CLKBANK's scam.
