I was charged $69.14 on 21/049 i ordered norton security scan for 3 years. I did not get the antivirus i paid for

I was charged $69.14 for a norton security scan. I was supposed to be protected for 3 years. I have loss a lot of mony. I loss all the data and my comp. Is totally disable due to warms and virus.
I called mbconyact.com (1866 998 0515) they say the have no idea about my order. After i ordered i print out the info. Merchant system number 27137759. Product sku 14546594 registration time 4/21 1:24: 31 am
they advertised the product for $59.99, but i was charged $ 69.14
