We bought norton 360 2.0 about 6 months ago... We recently did a scan and it said we had a Trojan horse... So i contacted them through online chat, where i was informed that they wanted 99 USD to get rid of the virus. What? In the book that came with this product which we already spent over 100 $ to get it states 'norton security scan provides free scanning and removal or repair of viruses and other threats." Page 32. We are very disappointed in the company, we managed to do another scan using another source and it said the computer was clean... Hmmm... Maybe norton wants peaple to think they have viruses so they can suck more money out of them.
