February I purchased anti-virus software from a provider that uses click and buy as a third party pay. The software company automatically annually charges a fee for this service.
Through no fault of the software company or their product, I experienced trouble with my computer, but in a short time corrected the problem with a new system loaded with free anti-virus and anti-spyware applications other than the original product.
February I completely forgot about the software company and their auto-renewal service. I was reminded, though, when click and buy charged my checking account for the amount of the renewal. I contacted the software company to cancel and no problem. My problem is click and buy who I emailed for the refund that they charged and I am still waiting.
