I advetised my 1992 Jaguar with this company after they (Tammy) hunted me for weeks to advertise my car with them. The term of the agreement is that after 90 days f my car did not sale, they will refund me $300.00 out of $374.99 I paid them with my credit card. The vehicle was advertised on 7/24/09. I filed request for refund on 12/02/09 as they instructed me. Since then, I have not heard from the company. I have left several messages and no one has contacted me. At this time, I am not able to reach them by phone as I did back in December. They are not taking phone calls on both of their advertised phone numbers: (888) 980-1223 and (623) 321-3285.
